Due to public transit outages in Paris, I missed my train to Italy to catch the Turin start of the Rallye de Monte Carlo Historique tomorrow. Now, in addition to being unable to reclaim the money for the train ticket, I have to pay for a 13 hour bus ride and a night at a hostel I won't even be staying in. Oh well, badass vintage rally cars tomorrow, so who cares.

Transportation "outages" are not uncommon in Paris. Make the best of it. Go see Napoleon's tomb.

I hopped on a bus and am about to leave for Turin! Napoleon's tomb is pretty awesome though.

yea i'm really just jealous. the week i spent in Paris was the best week of my life. I love that city. the rally sounds cool too

I didn't think of that to be honest. I ended up getting on a bus, so I'm cooped up in here for the next 13 hours. Wish me luck haha
